Kate Strom, WMS, ABFP is a financial advisor with Osaic Wealth, Inc. After graduating from Towson University with a degree in Economics, she joined the firm in 2002 as an assistant to co-founder Fred Frank. Kate immediately took an interest in investing and financial planning and knew this was exactly what she wanted to devote her career to. After taking time to learn the ropes as an assistant and small business office manager, Kate earned her Life and Health insurance licenses for the state of Maryland in 2005 and has earned her Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 registrations. In 2021, Kate earned her Wealth Management Specialist (WMS) designation, and in 2024 earned her Accredited Behavioral Finance Professional (ABFP) designation.
Kate lives in Carrolll County with her husband and son. Kate is on the Board of Directors and is the chairperson of the Outreach Committee of the Northwest Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys reading, playing the violin, volunteering with her church and is the team captain for Team Wally and Liz in the March of Dimes' annual March for Babies.
